About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our Health & Wellness department, guiding customers through a curated selection of skincare, wellness, and lifestyle products. You’ll help customers make informed choices, share product knowledge, and create memorable shopping experiences that reflect Arboretum’s commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest
• Advise on skincare, wellness, and lifestyle products tailored to individual needs
• Stay informed on product launches, wellness trends, and seasonal offerings
• Drive sales through storytelling, upselling, and meeting team targets
• Maintain a beautifully merchandised and well-stocked department
• Support in-store events, demos, and workshops to promote customer engagement
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and inventory checks
• Operate tills and handle transactions with accuracy and care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You’ll Bring

• Retail or sales experience required (experience in skincare, or wellness preferable but not desired)
• Product knowledge and passion for health, wellbeing, and lifestyle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, customer-first approach with strong listening skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods
• A team-focused mindset and willingness to support across the store
