Responsibilities and Duties:

• Person Centred Care
• Supporting the nursing staff in providing high-quality care to our residents.
• Ensuring resident's hygiene/personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards while maintaining the resident’s dignity at all times.
• Assisting residents with eating and drinking in line with their nutrition needs.
• Assisting residents with mobilizing as appropriate and using correct aids.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by nurse and management.
• Attend appropriate mandatory and training programmes as directed

Position - Health Care Assistant

Location -Conna Care Home, Aperee Living Conna, Conna, Co Cork P51 W110

Hourly Rate - €16.12

Working Hours - 39 hours per week.

Annual Income - €32,691.00

Qualifications and Skills:

QQI/FETAC qualification in Health Care Support/ Relevant Qualification.

Experience in a caring capacity

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional, caring, and empathetic nature.

Excellent level of English
