About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, team focused Healthcare Assistant to join our Ward 3A team. This position is rostered and rotating shift patterns including weekends and night. Please click here to view the position description
About the Team/Service/ Location
Our team in Ward 3A is committed to providing excellent care in a busy 30 bed surgical ward. We emphasise the importance of teamwork with all staff and provide a supportive and positive environment to utilise and extend your clinical skills.

About you
Ideally candidates will have:
- Recent Health Care experience
- commitment to working in a team’Ability to follow direction.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Motivation and commitment to self-directed learning’
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Drivers licence
- Preferred to have completed Healthcare Assistant or Health Support training or a NZQA approved National Certificate of the Older Person (level 3) or the National Certificate in Community Support Service (level 3).
