We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse ( RN ) to join our team at Man Alive, Inc, Maryland's first and longest running opioid treatment program. The ideal candidate will be passionate and driven in delivering high quality health care. Candidates should have a strong background in substance use disorders and will be responsible for managing a diverse client populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Chronic Health Home Program Nurse Care Manager, Comprehensive Client Assessment, Care Coordination, Individualized Care Planning, Health Education and Promotion, Monitoring and Evaluation, Resource Management , Crisis intervention, Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team , Documentation and Compliance, Ongoing Professional Development and occasional Medication Dispensing.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse in Maryland
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and knowledge of opioid dependence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and their families
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Hours:

• Full time position 40 hour week position working Monday - Fridays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.57 - $48.00 per hour
