Who We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:

• Help clients find the perfect insurance fit for their needs
• Explain benefits in a way that’s clear, friendly, and confident
• Walk clients through plan options and guide them to the best choice
• Make a real impact on their financial and health security

The Perks (a.k.a. How You Get Paid):
Competitive commissions based on:

• How many policies you sell (more sales = higher multiplier)
• Type of policy (carriers pay differently — we’ll keep you updated)
• Extras like dental or vision add-ons
• Hitting bonus goals for volume and premiums

Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, in person
Location: Tampa, FL 33609 (must be able to commute)
Licenses: 240 or 215 preferred (but not required)
Languages: Any additional language is a plus!
