Job Summary
Drive sales of health insurance plans to individuals, families, and corporate clients. Build lasting relationships, deliver exceptional service, and achieve targets in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell health insurance products across individual, family, and business segments
- Identify prospects, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored policy options
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing customer support, manage renewals, and resolve policy queries
Performance Metrics
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain high client retention rates
- Secure strong customer satisfaction ratings
Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher or 1+ year of sales experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and consultative selling abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in teams
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
Compensation & Benefits
- Performance-linked incentives (as per Sales Incentives Policy)
- Retention bonus after 12 months of active service
- Freshers (0–1 year): CTC up to ₹1,85,000 per annum
- Experienced Professionals (2+ years): CTC up to ₹3,00,000 per annum
