What You Will Do

• Safety Oversight: Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to champion a positive on-site safety culture.
• Risk & Compliance: Support RAMS reviews, risk assessments, and site-specific safety documentation.
• Incident Support: Investigate near-misses, identify root causes, and deploy corrective action plans.
• Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, subcontractors, and central HSEQ to maintain elite standards.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in a construction H&S role (main contractor environment preferred).
• Credentials: Relevant H&S Level 7/8 qualification, plus a valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate.
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and construction regulations.
• Tools: Tech-savvy mindset; experience with Procore or HammerTech advantageous.
