Our team is growing and we're looking for a HSW Specialist to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract.
If you're looking for a short-term opportunity to sink your teeth into dedicated safety projects as well as delivering safety BAU - this is the one for you!
We support flexible working and the role can be based anywhere in the country. You will need to work at least 2 days per week (office-based) at a Farmlands site.
Mōhou ake | About you
You'll need to have experience as a safety professional in a medium-large organisation with complex operational risk and safety requirements. Key to your success will also be:
    A collaborative and flexible approach.
    A proven ability to positively influence change in health, safety, and wellbeing culture.
    Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    Proven ability to create clear, practical, and accessible safety documents for a variety of audiences.
Preferred:
    Experience with critical risk frameworks.
    Experience with the design and build of Health and Safety documentation including standards, policies and procedures.
