Apply now for the position of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional, based in Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid). This role is available on a full-time basis.

Your role:

• Interpret and communicate regulatory EHS requirements, develop strategies for compliance, identify and manage EHS risks, and ensure adherence to ISO 45001/14001 standards.
• Support organisational training programs, oversee injury management and return-to-work processes, and facilitate EHS audit and inspection programs.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key EHS performance indicators, review and support business tender responses, and investigate incidents with corrective actions.
• Influence leaders and team members to improve safety culture, manage relationships, implement the EHS framework, and escalate issues to the management team.

• Provide onsite and remote support across Environment, Health and Safety governance topics.

Your expertise:

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher) – preferred

• 1-3+ years’ experience in a Work Health & Safety role, OR final-year students completing qualifications in Work Health & Safety
• Sound technical knowledge of WHS legislation
