Responsibilities

-Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

-Perform maintenance services and communicate system health to homeowners

-Maintain accurate digital service notes using mobile technology

-Provide a professional, positive customer experience on every call

-Meet consistent service productivity and performance goals

-Represent Callahan Heating & Cooling professionally in the community

Qualifications

-1–3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

-Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and refrigeration systems

-Excellent communication and customer-service mindset

-Valid Class E driver’s license and clean driving record required

-EPA certification preferred (we can assist in obtaining certification)

-Must pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

-$30 per hour, based on experience
