Mansour Logistics Inc. is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator who is experienced with Excavators, Loaders and Backhoes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring safety is a priority for self, coworkers, the public, and the assets of the company and following policies and procedures set out by the company
• Operate one or more machines such as but not limited to the loader, backhoe, excavator or other as per the operator’s manual
• A daily walk-around inspection of the machine, general housekeeping of the machine, and minor repairs when necessary to ensure a safe operation
• Daily administration of logbooks
• Assist with manual labor when needed
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and managers
• Meet productivity level mandates set out by the supervisor or manager
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ontario driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• High school or GED
• Snow removal/plow truck operator experience considered an asset
• DZ is an Asset but not required.
• Must be able to pass all required training, background check, and drug & alcohol testing.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Willing to work overtime and be on call
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
