Heavy Equipment Operator

Duties:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment including loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, backhoes, off-road trucks, graders.
- Perform tasks such as digging, laying pipe, grading out for concrete work, moving dirt for land development, grading out for road construction, and moving materials using the equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on the equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, backhoes, off-road trucks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
