For our factory in the province of Verona we are looking for:

Heavy Equipment Service Technician (M/F)

Essential duties

• Prepare estimates and/or customer repair estimates in a timely and accurate manner and provide follow-ups.
• Resolve and document complaints with dealers.
• Handle customer service issues, such as warranty issues.
• Support spare parts delivery service Qualifications/Requirements
• Knowledge of heavy equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, tractors, combines, forklifts etc..

Location: Cavaion Veronese (Verona)
