Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Construction - Site Safety Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in Microsoft suite of software.
Duties
- Supervise daily safety operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, client and Paragon Protective Coatings Safety Management Systems.
- Monitor project safety and report on status to upper management, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Maintain accurate safety records on site and communicate this information with home office and site safety teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project safety requirements.
- Collaborate with home office safety manager.
Experience
- Proven experience in a safety supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Experience working with Industrial Blasting and Coating operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $49,061.80-$109,089.01 per year
