Job Details:

· License: Class Three or One

· Shift: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off

· Location: Must live within 20km of North Vancouver

· Compensation: Weekly guarantee of$1222.00 or Commission (whichever is higher, but not both)

· Bonuses: $200 safety bonus after 30 days, $400 after 90 days, and $600 after 120 days.

We are a rapidly growing towing company serving the North Shore and Sea-to-Sky corridor. We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Towing and Recovery Operators. While experience is preferred, we provide training to candidates who show dedication and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to dispatch for service calls, including jump-starts, accident recovery, and more.

· Work with emergency personnel, including Police and Fire departments.

· Maintain and service equipment regularly.

· Provide professional and courteous service to clients and the public.

· Work with other drivers in challenging situations.

Requirements:

· Must live in within 20km of North Vancouver.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Clean driving and criminal records.

· Ability to work occasional weekends, nights, and holidays.

· Experience in towing or automotive fields is an asset.
