Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for solving technical problems and helping people? Do you have a desire to be at the forefront of technical or commercial support within a company? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a highly motivated junior, medior, IT helpdesk level 1 or level 2 technician to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line technical support to users.
  • Remain available and offer a highly qualitative customer service.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software and issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Customer-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills and autonomy
  • Office 365
  • Sound knowledge of IT hardware and software is preferred.
  • ITIL certificate (recommended)
  • Ticketing services (for example : Service Now, SAP, Salesforce...)
  • English mandatory plus fluent French or Dutch.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to handle IT issues.
