His/Her responsibility will be coordination between CRM and Project.
1) Priority list for possession from CRM.
2) Coordinate and get the priority listed flats ready in coordination with internal Fit-out executives.
3) Snagging tracker to be maintained by Fit-out executives.
4) Keep sending apartment readiness status with the CRM team by the Receptionist.
5) Daily progress report to be maintained.
6) On ground brief report regarding snagging along with checklist - Fit-out executives responsibility.
7) Daily Summary and MIS management - Receptionist responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
