We are seeking a highly motivated junior, medior, IT helpdesk level 1 or level 2 technician to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide front-line technical support to users.
- Remain available and offer a highly qualitative customer service.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software and issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Customer-oriented
- Problem-solving skills and autonomy
- Office 365
- Sound knowledge of IT hardware and software is preferred.
- ITIL certificate (recommended)
- Ticketing services (for example : Service Now, SAP, Salesforce...)
- English mandatory plus fluent French or Dutch.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to handle IT issues.
