Hi-Rise Maintenance Tech

Seacrest Services, Inc has been a leader in the Property Management Industry for over 35 years, offering innovative maintenance solutions that add value to communities. We are seeking a dedicated Hi-rise Maintenance Technician to join our team in Palm Beach County. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks in a well-maintained Community Association, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete all maintenance service requests efficiently.
• Maintain inventory controls to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Assist in monitoring work performed by outside contractors.
• Inspect and maintain roof components such as airplane lights, mechanics, pumps, and towers.
• Monitor and maintain all community common grounds as assigned.
• Perform grounds work, including trash pickup, sweeping, and maintaining landscaping beds.
• Alert the Property Manager of any unusual occurrences or potential damages.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Hi-rise Condo maintenance.
• Proficiency in irrigation, plumbing, light concrete restoration, electrical work, pool chemicals, and painting.
• Good English communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors 90% of the time.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and maintain a clean background.
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to grow with the company.
