High School Language Arts Teacher

Solid Rock Community School, a K-12 private school, in Tarpon Springs Florida, is looking for an experienced high school Teacher. Must be patient, kind, firm, and reliable. Must have experience working with a diverse population of students.

We have a teacher moving out of state and her position must be filled asap. She has been with us over 15 years so we are seeking someone who can fill her shoes.

Would you like to work in school that provides a chef made healthy plant-based lunch every single day? That teaches compassion towards animals and all people? That has academic classroom sizes of 20 students or less? Where the teachers and staff have lots of support? Where you have a nice classroom on a beautiful campus?

Solid Rock Community School is a K-12 accredited private school that is growing and expanding and needs some new fresh amazing staff members who are also like minded with core values of compassion, love, and kindness. We are located in Tarpon Springs, and close to the Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough border.

Applicants must love working with children, have patience, are hardworking and reliable, and a team player. Must have a college degree and teaching or relevant experience. Exp. with inclusion and ESE is a plus. Love for kids and education required.

We are looking for solid staff members who can be great role models to our families/students. Compassion and love is key.

Applicants who are plant-based/vegan, environmentalists, or animal rescue/rehabbers are highly desired. We are a certified Green School and Ocean Friendly campus and love like-minded staff members.
