High School Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate High School Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic year. As a High School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering the academic growth of high school students. This position reports directly to the school administration.

Responsibilities:
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive classroom environment.
- Teach various subjects including Algebra, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Discrete Math, and Special Education.
- Educate students using innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure academic progress.
- Incorporate Higher Education Teaching techniques to prepare students for post-secondary education.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Required).
- Teaching license or eligibility for licensure (Preferred).
- Experience in teaching subjects such as Algebra, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Discrete Math, or Special Education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with high school students effectively.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and special education practices.
