• Sales and lead generation: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promote products and services, and convert leads into sales.
• Customer engagement: Handle incoming calls, answer customer questions, and provide information on products and services.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain positive client relationships, handle complaints, and address customer needs to encourage repeat business.
