• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Hindi
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper call records and customer details
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Follow company processes and guidelines

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)
• Good communication and listening skills
• Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
• Basic computer knowledge
