Kindergarten & Elementary School Teachers – Dongnae, Busan (4 Positions)

Job Details:

• Location: Dongnae, Busan, South Korea
• Start Date: Late February 2025
• Job Type Full Time Onsite Position
• Contract Duration 1 Year
• Positions Available: 4 Full-Time Teachers
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Student Levels: Kindergarten and Elementary

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 2.5 million KRW per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Vacation: 11 paid vacation days plus national holidays
• Housing: Furnished one-room apartment or housing allowance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for young learners in an ESL environment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and communication.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support students' educational needs.
• Utilize technology and educational resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain classroom organization and manage time effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Qualified English speakers.
• Passion for working with young learners
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required
