Experience: 0 to 1Years

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

Working Days: 6 days/week

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Chennai. If you enjoy meeting new people, explaining products, and earning attractive incentives—this is the right place for you!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet and pitch to potential customers (field/inside sales based on role)
• Explain product features and close sales
• Maintain daily follow-ups and track leads via CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales

Key Skills

• Strong communication (Tamil & Basic English)
• Confidence and persuasion skills
• Time management and goal orientation

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Any Graduate
• Experience in sales (retail, insurance, real estate, telecom preferred)
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome!
• Two-wheeler preferred (for field sales roles)
