Location: Chandigarh
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate (2022 pass outs only)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent written English and typing skills
• Graduate in any stream (2022 batch eligible)
• Comfortable with rotational night shifts
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
