We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from global customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Prior experience in customer service or BPO is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
