Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales to support our growing international business. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals for professional services.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and research
• Pitch company services to potential clients and decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and client communications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B / inside sales / service sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, IT services, SaaS, or professional services
• Experience selling to UAE, GCC, UK, or US markets
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
