Holiday Park Wardens

Loch Earn Leisure Park has a vacancy for a full-time live in warden couple.

The full-time role will be working 5 out of 7 days including weekends. The role would suit a person who has previous experience in grounds maintenance, general maintenance, basic joinery skills and plumbing. Experience in the siting of Holiday Homes would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given. As a full time, maintenance operative, you will assist the Park Manager in maintaining all accommodation, main buildings and park grounds to a very high standard in order to exceed our holiday home owners’ expectations.

The other person in the couple will assist by working in our onsite shop, taking bookings and performing cleaning duties during the open season. During the closed season working hours will be limited to the needs of the business.

Accommodation will be included as part of the overall package. The accommodation is suitable for a couple or 2 sharing the job. The candidates will be asked to perform warden duties, During the open season the candidates will be required to be on site . On Friday and Saturday nights an evening walk round is required to check everything is as it should be. The candidates will be required to answer on call issues that may arise within our hire fleet. Holidays should be taken from the start of November until the end of February.

· Grass cutting & strimming

· General repairs

· General grounds upkeep

· Assisting in the siting of holiday homes

· Towing of caravans

· On call duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
