Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job description:

Job Title: Director

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Role

We are hiring a Director to take full ownership of one of our locations.

This is not a task-management role. This is an outcome-ownership role. You will be responsible for the health and growth of an entire location - the numbers, the team, the clients and the results. If something is off, you catch it before we do. If there's an opportunity, you move on it.

You will report directly to the CEO and be expected to lead with data, act with urgency and build a culture of excellence on your team.

What You'll Own

  • Total location performance: revenue, hours per week, client count and growth trajectory
  • Caregiver recruitment, retention, engagement and satisfaction
  • Client experience, satisfaction scores and churn reduction
  • Referral relationships with healthcare organizations, discharge planners, physicians and senior facilities
  • Office operations, SOPs and team accountability
  • Weekly KPI reporting to the CEO - proactively, not reactively

What Success Looks Like at 90 Days

  • You know your numbers cold - and you're already moving them
  • Your team knows what's expected and is being held to it
  • Referral partners know your name
  • No operational fires are burning unaddressed
  • You've identified the top 2-3 levers for growth and have a plan in motion

Qualifications

  • Management or leadership experience (home care, healthcare or service industry strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of owning outcomes - not just completing tasks
  • Experience managing and developing teams of 5 or more
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Performance-based bonus tied directly to results
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Health, dental and vision insurance options
  • Office work
  • Ongoing leadership development and professional training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Referral program
  • Vision insurance

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Home care: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
