Age in Place Home Care is a licensed, privately owned, full service provider of non-medical home care registered to provide service in all counties throughout Pennsylvania.
We are looking for an organized and reliable scheduler to contribute to maintaining the master schedule for the Reading office, among other duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
● Help monitor dashboards and manage schedules
● Scanning and uploading applications and supporting documents to maintain compliance
● Assist with backfilling call-offs by finding appropriate staff coverages
● Answering phone calls and responding to emails or other communications
● Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
● Familiarity with caregiving services and scheduling processes
● Ability to pass all required pre-employment testing and background checks
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Working knowledge of HHA Exchange
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● English/Spanish Bilingual
