Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker/
Healthcare Assistants to join our team at Comfort Care Ltd. As a Home Care Support
Worker/ Healthcare Assistants you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our residents, assisting with their daily activities, and promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
· Travelling to and from Clients houses to provide personal care
· Supporting Clients with mealtimes and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
· Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional
· support and companionship
· Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and reporting any changes in
· residents' conditions to the nursing team
· Provide high standards of emotional, social and personal care to clients.
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Home Care Support Worker, Healthcare Assistants or in Care
· Skills, Care of the Older Person, or a similar role is preferred
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate nature and empathetic
· approach to patient care.
· Physical stamina to perform various duties.
· Preferably holding a healthcare-related qualification. Prior experience in patient care is advantageous.
· Police Clearance certificate required
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
· Drivers’ license (Essential)( National or International)

The remuneration of the employment : €31,500 gross PA / €655.76 PW / €15.14 PH
The location(s) at which the employment is to be carried out: Main Street, Clane, Co
Kildare, Ireland / Nation wide
The hours of work of the employment : 40 Hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €31,500.00 per year
