Job Description: Home Décor Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Home Décor

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing personalized recommendations on home décor products.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable designs, themes, and accessories.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all home décor categories.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Handle billing, inventory updates, and ensure the store display is well-organized.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home décor, furnishings, or lifestyle products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer preferences and offer creative solutions.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of billing software/point of sale systems.
• Minimum education: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
