Kure Home care is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and empathetic caregiver. That have the ability to use their skills to provide quality care to their patients within the communities. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable with providing hands on care to seniors and patients with disability.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check and drug screen.
• High School diploma or equivalent required for this position.
• Ability to read and write English required for this position.
• Computer and documentation knowledge are needed for this position.

Duties

• Providing companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Provide medications reminders as prescribed and ensure compliance with medication schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness in the patient's home, including laundry, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as walker, wheelchair, cane, and Hoyer lifts as ordered by the doctor.
• Provide care according to written care plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.

Experience

• One year of caregiving experience required to be considered for this position.
• Experience working with senior's and individuals with disabilities.
• Software documentation and electronic visit verification (Ohio/Evv) knowledge required for this position, (Training will be provided for the ideal candidate)
• CPR certification is preferred; in house training may be provided if necessary.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of caregiving.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
