Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Duties

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls or injuries.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition and reporting them to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation regarding patient care activities and progress.
• Support patients with dementia care by providing companionship and engaging them in meaningful activities.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Foster a positive relationship with patients, promoting their dignity and independence.

Skills

• Experience in home care or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong skills in assisting individuals with daily living activities.
• Familiarity with medical documentation systems is a plus.
• Ability to prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques to support cognitive function and emotional well-being.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate attitude towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and patience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality care.
