Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health settings, including catheterization, tube feeding, and basic life support.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Proficient in patient care and assessment, including catheterization and tube feeding
• Experience with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
• Knowledge of physiology and critical care practices
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations, including those with developmental disabilities

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
