Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Home Health Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home health services. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, leadership ability, and experience in medical office management. This role involves coordinating office functions, supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient scheduling and documentation processes to support exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and front desk duties.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using Teams
- Handle human resources functions such as staffing, employee records, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Coordinate calendar management for staff schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal workflow.
- Support medical office management tasks including patient documentation, billing processes, and record keeping.
- Implement office policies that promote efficiency while maintaining high standards of communication etiquette and professionalism.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on schedule management and multitasking.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including staffing, training, and compliance.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures such as filing, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
