The ideal LVN candidate is passionate about clinical care, enjoys the patient care experience, as well as collaborating with others associated with the care of our patients. He/she also has high emotional intelligence and is able to effectively empathize and advocate tactfully for patients.

Summary of job duties: regular skilled nursing visits that may include medical condition management education, catheter care, ostomy care, woundcare, among others
