Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and subcontractors. The Remodeler will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. This is a 1099 position, must have or be able to obtain business license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and make recommendations for design improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with all vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction management is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and contracts effectively.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
