About the Opportunity

A Domestic Assistant plays a vital role in supporting older individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life by providing essential, housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services inside the home.

Working as a brand ambassador for ECH, Domestic Assistants ensure the highest standards of service delivery while monitoring client wellbeing.

About You

Your genuine desire to enhance the lives of older adults drives your commitment to helping them maintain their independence at home.

You have a natural ability to connect with people, and you communicate with warmth and patience, adapting your approach to each client's unique personality.

Your keen attention to detail and efficient time management ensures clients receive reliable, consistent services while remaining flexible to accommodate changing circumstances.

Essential Criteria

• Australian Driver’s licence


• Reliable vehicle


• National Police Check


• First Aid, CPR Certificate

• Manual Handling Certificate
