Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to a female senior, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care environments. The Support Worker will play a vital role in promoting independence, safety, and well-being for clients through personalized care and support.

Duties

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
• Support with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition
• Help clients with household tasks such as cleaning and organizing to maintain a safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety

Experience

• 1 year prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings
