Description:
Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Trade Market Manager, the key responsibility of this role is sales and customer service in our busy Wantirna wholesale plant nursery. Along with general nursery duties, this position will also assist with business development activities that promote the Plantmark brand and identify pathways to expand and expertly service our growing customer community.

The position can accommodate an applicant seeking either full time or part time work during our operating hours.

Skills and Experiences:
Essential attributes

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Knowledge of Botanical plant identification and experience in the horticulture and/or landscaping sector.
• Customer service and sales skills with confidence to network and build relationships with current and future customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Intermediate computer and generalist administration skills.
• Great work ethic and enjoy working in a team.
• Full Time or Part Time hours can be negotiated.

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
