What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related fields; or 8 years’ relevant experience.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a counselor role in a Home Health service or Hospice environment is required
  • Experience in family therapy regarding loss, grief, death and dying.
  • Excellent organization, analytical, decision-making and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks


You will report to the Bereavement Program Manager, Clinical Manager or Designee.
