- Staff Management: Hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff to maintain a high standard of care.
- Policy Implementation: Develops and enforces hospital policies to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manages the hospital budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
- Patient Care Coordination: Works with medical staff to enhance patient care quality and satisfaction, addressing any operational issues that arise.
- Develops Marketing Strategies: Creates and implements marketing plans to promote hospital services and enhance the hospital's brand.
