Location: Manukau Surgery Centre, Counties District

As part of one of New Zealand’s busiest healthcare environments, you will work within the operating theatres, supporting a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. Your role is pivotal to the smooth running of patient care, and your efforts will be valued by patients, staff, and the community alike. This is a part time position working 8 hours shift on Mondays and Fridays.
- Patient Support: Assist in transferring patients safely and comfortingly throughout the hospital.
- Equipment Management: Help with ordering, restocking, and maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
- Hygiene Standards: Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards are met in all areas of the theatre and surgical spaces.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of clinical staff to ensure patient care runs smoothly.
- Customer Service: Communicate with patients, families, and staff to ensure everyone’s needs are met.

- Previous Experience: Ideally, you will have experience in a healthcare setting, although we will provide training to the right candidate.
- Flexibility: The environment can change quickly, and you should be ready to adapt to meet the needs of the team.
