As the Hospital Assistant (Maintenance), you will be responsible for carrying out minor installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing across various systems within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Hospital Group. This includes the upkeep of plant and equipment, gardens and grounds, control and monitoring systems, and reticulation systems. You will ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with ISLHD policies, procedures, and standards, contributing to a safe and functional environment for patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team, using your knowledge of Work Health & Safety and safe manual handling principles to deliver high-quality, efficient maintenance services.
