Hospital Manager / Administrator – Echs

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Manager / Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of an ECHS-affiliated hospital or polyclinic, ensuring smooth administration, efficient patient services, staff coordination, and compliance with applicable ECHS guidelines and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hospital administrative operations and patient services.
• Supervise and coordinate doctors, nursing staff, paramedical staff, and support personnel.
• Maintain patient records, registers, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with ECHS authorities and other concerned departments.
• Monitor patient registration, appointment management, and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, applicable ECHS procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Oversee housekeeping, inventory, medical supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
• Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professional standards within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant hospital administration experience preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hospital documentation, patient management systems, and MS Office.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant hospital administration experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Upto ₹40,000
• Other benefits, if applicable, will be as per the employer's policy.

Reporting To

Hospital In-charge / Medical Officer / Management, as applicable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
