Overview
Jammu Capital is hiring a full-time Hospitality & Guest Experience Coordinator to help oversee and grow our furnished rental and short-term rental portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, Airbnb management, hotel operations, customer service, or property management who enjoys both operations and relationship-building.
This is not a remote management role. We are looking for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly responsive who can help elevate the guest experience while supporting the growth of our furnished rental business.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Operations
- Manage day-to-day guest communication and guest experience
- Coordinate check-ins, guest support, and issue resolution
- Ensure fast response times and excellent hospitality standards
- Assist with maintaining Superhost status and high review ratings
- Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and virtual assistants
- Conduct property inspections and quality control checks
- Assist with inventory management, supply restocking, and organization
- Coordinate and manage STR license renewals, inspections, and city-related requirements
- Assist with utility meter readings and operational tasks
- Use platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Monday.com, Google Sheets, and PriceLabs
Business Development & Growth
- Help grow the furnished rental portfolio
- Build relationships with insurance companies, businesses, universities, relocation clients, and corporate housing contacts
- Assist with bringing in additional furnished rental opportunities
- Help market vacancies and furnished rental offerings
- Meet with potential future clients and partners
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, or property management experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn operational systems quickly
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Evening/weekend availability for emergencies is required
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary plus commission structure
