Description:
Come join the Patient Food Services team at Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England! We are a member of the nationwide Trinity Health family, bringing compassionate care to our communities.

Position Purpose:
Reports to the Food Service Supervisor or Manager with primary responsibility for the transport, delivery and retrieval of completed food trays to patients.

What you will do:

Delivers meal trays to patient rooms and retrieves trays after meals.

Environmental and Working Conditions:

Moderate amount of stooping, bending, pushing and pulling in the transport, delivery and retrieval of patient food trays to from patient floors. Extended periods of standing or walking are required.
Must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, hair nets/masks, slip resistant shoes, eye protection, etc.
Must possess the ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior food service industry experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand written and oral instructions is required.
