About the Role

Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Hostel Warden.

The role requires a responsible and disciplined individual who can oversee hostel operations, ensure the safety and well-being of students, and maintain discipline and smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hostel operations and student accommodation
• Ensure discipline, safety, and security within the hostel premises
• Address student concerns and resolve hostel-related issues
• Maintain hostel records, occupancy details, and visitor registers
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
• Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules and institutional policies
• Report operational issues to the administration

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in hostel/residential administration
• Experience in an educational institution will be preferred
• Male/Female candidates may apply based on hostel requirements
